CPL’s National New Leaders Fellowship is a 5 month program (January-May 2010) in Washington, D.C.that helps talented young people of color, women and people who identify as LGBT who are looking for full-time employment jump-start their careers in the progressive movement.

CPL New Leaders Fellows are supported in identifying and securing full-time, paid positions at leading progressive organizations.  In addition to connecting New Leaders Fellows with a paid position, CPL provides leadership training, coaching, networking, and community building.
 
The Center for Progressive Leadership (CPL) is a national political training institute that develops diverse leaders who can effectively advance progressive political and policy change.
